Broadband Hospitality, a leading provider of hospitality interactive application development and technology services has an immediate opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist.

Our accounting department is searching for a dynamic team player to join our organization here at BBH! The dedicated, driven and detail-oriented individual will ideally possess Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience, preferably working with Microsoft GP.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares, posts verify, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
  • Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
  • Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.
  •  Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
  •  Creates reports regarding the status of customer accounts as requested.
  •  Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts
  •  Assists in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger.
  •  Facilitates payment of vendors, which may include reviewing billing and invoice history, purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed.
  • Work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience
  • 3+ years of experience using Great Plains

Broadband Hospitality, a leading provider of hospitality interactive application development and technology services, has an immediate opportunity for a Monthly Billing Specialist. 

Job Description:
This position will have the opportunity to work with our accounting department and is responsible for conducting all monthly recurring billing. The candidate must have a strong background in accounting and a minimum of 5-years of working experience. 

Responsibilities:

  •  Responsible for all aspects of billing, including compliance with billing and collections best practices and procedures
  • Generates monthly recurring service invoices
  • Maintains the database of contracted monthly billing
  • Reconciliation of accounts receivable aging on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Processing, application, and maintenance of client payments
  • New Client/Account contract review and billing
  • Communicates with clients regarding billing questions
  • Provides records of billing, payments, and billing adjustments
  • Preparing and reviewing various monthly reports
  • Conduct research on various accounting issues
  • Assist Accounting management with special projects

Qualifications:

  • Knows commonly-used accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proven flexibility, initiative, and self-reliance
  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and systems

Education and Experience:

  • Great Plains Billing experience a plus, Salesforce experience preferred
  • 0-5 years of cumulative experience including general accounting, account reconciliation, journal entries, fixed assets, and report generation
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience a plus

Goals:
A successful Monthly Billing Specialist will utilize multitasking, analytical, and technical skills to timely and accurately handle all aspects of accounting department demands while being highly adaptive within a fast-paced results-oriented environment. This job description is not intended to be all inclusive and the employee will perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and other management as required.

Installation Technician Description

BBH has also been recognized as one of the fastest-growing DIRECTV Lodging & Institution dealers in the country, having won the DIRECTV DRE Dealer of the Year Award and currently a member of the DIRECTV Advisory Council.

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Install Technician. As an Install Technician, you will work on-site at Client Properties to assist with the installation of technology solutions, including everything in our portfolio from low-voltage cabling to satellite systems at hotels and conference centers across the United States. A fantastic position with lots of opportunity for advancement for the right individual.

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:
Strong work ethic and time management skills with the ability to work under
minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor as you will be the face of our
company, both on-site and on the phone
Ability to run and terminate low-voltage cabling (Cat3/5/6, RG6, etc)
A solid understanding of networking principles with the ability to learn on your
feet.
Strong troubleshooting skills and methodology
Domestic air and vehicle travel to job sites required on a weekly basis
Ability to travel 90%+ for the position
Ability to drive a car in-state and out-of-state with a valid driver’s license.

Any professional experience with DIRECTV (or other SATV/CATV) or Mitel (or other PBX) is a big
PLUS but not required.

We offer medical, vision, dental, PTO and 401(k) available at 90 days.

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
