Job Description:
- Responsible for the management and growth of Broadband Hospitality’s relationship with major hospitality clients assigned to the Regional Director of Sales.
- Responsible for prospecting, presentation, and follow-up on opportunities for Broadband Hospitality’s “unified communications solutions” (Fiber Circuits, Wi-Fi, DIRECTV, Interactive Television, Casting, Staff Panic and Safety, CCTV, and Phone/PBX) to be applied to hotels and destination resorts in the USA.
Skills Required:
The qualified candidate must possess the following:
- Strong organizational skills (critical attention to detail, task prioritization, and ability to meet deadlines)
- Drive and manage sales pipeline, with prompt and accurate documentation in Salesforce. Forecast sales funnel from prospect through the entire sales cycle pipeline.
- Identify and grow opportunities within an assigned account base to achieve and exceed quota.
- Ensure the appropriate solution is designed and proposed to meet the best mutual interest of the customer
- Professional business writing skills and public demonstration/speaking abilities
- Prepare and consult with internal departments to ensure site surveys, proposals, rate requests, contracts, etc. are followed up and are completed in timeframes acceptable to the client.
- Attend relevant trade shows and events to gather new leads and represent BBH positively and professionally.
- Able to always represent BBH to customers in a positive and professional manner (excellent “customer service” attitude)
- Able to build and maintain a positive rapport with new and existing customers
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel in the USA as necessary
- Multi-lingual proficiency a plus (English and Spanish)
Preferred Skills:
- Direct Hospitality sales experience (specifically, technology sales) is a must-have requirement
- Ability to prospect with proper pre-call investigations, follow-up, cycling, and documentation

Installation Technician Description

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Install Technician. As an Install Technician, you will work on-site at Client Properties to assist with the installation of technology solutions, including everything in our portfolio from low-voltage cabling to satellite systems at hotels and conference centers across the United States. The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:
Strong work ethic and time management skills with the ability to work under
minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor as you will be the face of our
company, both on-site and on the phone
Ability to run and terminate low-voltage cabling (Cat3/5/6, RG6, etc)
A solid understanding of networking principles with the ability to learn on your
feet.
Strong troubleshooting skills and methodology
Domestic air and vehicle travel to job sites required on a weekly basis
Ability to travel 90%+ for the position
Ability to drive a car in-state and out-of-state with a valid driver’s license.
Any professional experience with DIRECTV (or other SATV/CATV) or Mitel (or other PBX) is a big
PLUS but not required.

- Track and update the company CRM (Salesforce)
- Manage customer inventories and provide audit review
- Monitor and manage recurring charges in Acumatica
- Place disconnects
- Billing disputes
- Customer renewal analysis
- Maintain customer contract information
Skills Required:
- 3+years of account management experience in the Hospitality Industry
- Must be able to learn, understand, and explain technical concepts for telecommunication scopes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Outlook, Project) and other project management software
- Demonstrate competency with various telecom provisioning formats & technologies (POTS, SIP, television, & Circuits)

Job Description:
This position will be able to work with our accounting department and is responsible for conducting project billing. The candidate must have a strong background in accounting and a minimum of 2 years of working experience. Familiarity with the Hospitality Industry is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of project milestone billing, including compliance with billing and collections best practices and procedures
- Creates job cost estimates based on contracts, build of materials, and change orders
- Maintains the accuracy of the information contained within the job costing system
- Reconciliation of project accounts receivable aging on a weekly and monthly basis
- Assist with processing, application, and maintenance of client payments related to the project
- Communicate with clients regarding project billing questions
- Provides records of billing, payments, and billing adjustments
- Preparing and reviewing various monthly reports for analyzing project data
- Research various accounting issues
- Assist the Accounting management with a special project
- Work with the Project Management team for the final project billing
Qualifications:
- Knows commonly used accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Education and Experience
- Job cost experience preferred, contract billing experience a plus
- 2 years of cumulative experience, including general accounting, account reconciliation, journal entries, fixed assets, billing, payables, and report generation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience a plus
