Broadband Hospitality Acquires Hospitality Division of ComputerKC

Youngstown, OH – April 28, 2025 — Broadband Hospitality (BBH), a leading provider of unified technology solutions for the hospitality industry, today announced the acquisition of the hospitality division of ComputerKC.com (also known as Computer Solutions), a respected IT service and hotel “back-of-house” support provider based in Kansas City, MO. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in BBH’s ongoing mission to expand the breadth of its best-in-class technology services and support the company offers to hotels across the country.

The acquisition adds a skilled team of professionals with a deep understanding of supporting hotel “back-of-house” devices, a critical service that BBH can now add to its repertoire of “one-stop-shop” hospitality expertise.

Under the agreement, BBH will assume all existing hospitality service contracts managed by Computer Solutions and will integrate their support personnel into BBH’s broader national operations. Current clients of Computer Solutions’ hospitality division can expect a seamless transition and access to BBH’s expanded portfolio of services, including fiber circuits, managed WiFi, DIRECTV, Interactive TV, Cast, PBX/VoIP, CCTV and Staff Safety solutions, all supported 24/7/365.
